COVID-19 Update

Addressing the COVID-19 Health Crisis

As we work together to face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19), DigAlert remains open during normal business hours (M-F 6AM-7PM excluding holidays) to perform the important public safety work of processing locate requests and communicating these requests to the appropriate member utility companies and/or their locating companies. DigAlert personnel do not mark or locate any underground lines.

While the worldwide situation regarding COVID-19 is changing every day, the health and safety of our staff, our industry partners and the citizens of Southern California has been and always will be our number one priority.
